Eclectic beach themed decor welcomes guests to our Sandpiper Cottage.
Quaint and charming little cottage is nestled away in the far back corner of the property. This smaller, 210 sq ft. studio features a kitchenette. It has a queen mattress and a Serta imotion adjustable lift bed that is great for relieving snoring or just for watching TV. Features a full bathroom, kitchenette, coffee maker and local coffee, variety of creamers and sugars, teas, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishes. High Speed internet for the smart TV, a Roku with 100’s of live channels and over 100,000 movies, WIFI & a little dining area for two. All you need for a quaint getaway to enjoy the beach.

Our Sandpiper cottage is perfectly suited for a maximum of 2 guests and an infant. Pet Friendly for 1 large dog under 80lbs or 2 small dogs under 30lbs.
Built in 1926 and Recently Remodeled
The 1926 updated cottage is quaint and tiny living at 210 square feet. The ceiling height is 6’10” and has black out curtains, tile floors and eclectic beach themed decor. Sandpiper has a separate entrance and shares the building with our laundry facilities but it is private.
Full Bathroom
Full bathroom features a corner shower, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover towel and other amenities.
Tile and Wood Floors
Tiles with unique inset patterns in hall and bath, tile backsplash walls in bathroom. Studio floor has a soft, natural braided rug with complimenting bamboo blinds.

Enjoy your morning coffee from our local Long Beach Coffee Roasters, specially made for Enchanted Cottages. You’ll also enjoy variety of flavored creamers, different tea’s and local salt water taffy. We also provide some books, blankets and games located in the dresser.
One Queen Adjustable Bed with a Heavenly Mattress
This first floor studio has one queen bed with a Black series Beauty rest mattress for a heavenly nights sleep.0 It also has a Serta imotion adjustable bed frame with adjustable head and feet positions. Lift the bed up for reading or watching TV. Bedding/blankets are provided.
Outdoor Amenities
Enjoy the outdoor games like cornhole and ring toss (seasonal). Relax and stay warm in front of the fireplace under the Gazebo. Sit and dine outside on one of our outdoor tables with sun umbrellas. Bird feeders and bird houses are all around the property and string lights provide a warm nighttime glow.
Fully Appointed Kitchenette
Fully appointed kitchenette includes mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, wine glasses and a dining table for two.
